Coaching is a unique partnership between the coach and client. The focus is future and goal-oriented where the coach's primary role is to listen, challenge, and support the client in their exploration toward the results they are seeking to achieve.
Coaching is NOT consulting nor is it counseling. While there may be some similarities among the three, coaching stands apart from those two specialties with its own ethics, training, and certifications.
